Fuzzy Dice Paradigm for Visualizing Car Control...

Custom-molded steering wheel inventor, Ed Dellis, continues to explain the Friction Circle and shows how it relates to car control and the sensations drivers feel through the steering wheel.

The fuzzy dice will always point to the tire(s) with the most traction. So, drivers now have a way to proactively allocate traction to where it's needed by instinctively moving the dice with the pedals and steering wheel.
The Cable Instinct concept is used to visualize the transitions for tip-toeing around the outside edges of the Friction Circle with more confidence.

To be smooth, Dellis explains that to avoid spiking the friction circle, think of the Egg Toss.

As you approach the limit, slow down your inputs so you don't break the egg, and have our steering and foot control forces follow a path almost like a Water Drop falling into a pail of water.
